Engagement Pary Cake

Our Engagement Party Cake fit in with our Paris theme with orchid adornments and raspberry buttercream filling with marble cake and fondant.

I had so much fun making this cake and even more fun cutting into it and enjoying it down to the last slice.

Tony's Oreo Cake

This was a cake that I did for Tony's Birthday. He loves oreo's so we thought we would run with the oreo theme. The cake was chocolate with oreo cumbled buttercream frosting between the layers and chocolate frosting. Yummy!

Hocus Crocus emerges

I have made an addition to the Batter Fingers Bakery. Bobby and I have now started "Hocus Crocus", a baby flower company. After many years of creating wedding flowers out of my home we decided it was time to make my services available to everyone.

Batter Fingers Bakery is Born

Thank you to everyone's wonderful response to Jenny's Baby Shower cake. Because of the overwhelming praise I have decided to open a Bakery. I have dubbed my new endeavor "Batter Finger Bakery".

I can't wait to make designer cupcakes and cakes for all of my family and friends. Eventually I would like to expand this into a business focusing mostly on baking and decorating classes for kids.

I will keep everyone posted on my progress.
